| This small ogham stone is located beside a modern tomb in the medieval grave yard of Aglish church. It measures 0.90m in height, 0.25m in width, 0.12m in depth and is composed of grit. It was discovered in 1848 along with a cross inscribed ogham stone bearing a Maltese cross which is now in the National Museum. The ogham inscription is located on the NW angle and reads "Celi Avi Vud " and Macalister translates as ' the client of the Descendant of Vu '. |
