

| CLOONLAUR II CROSS PILLAR |

| This small cross-inscribed standing stone, not marked on the OS map but on the Historic map as 'Killeen', is located west of the Bunleemshough River, inside an old burial ground and opposite a modern church. The stone, now orientated NE - SW, is set on top of a modern concrete base, with a modern headstone against it and has a beautiful cross inscribed on its west face. It measures 0.95m in height, 0.33m in width and 0.05m in depth. |
