This large Stone Slab, marked on the OS map as 'Standing Stone', is located just off
the N61, north of the village of Kiltoom, 'Cill Tuama' and north of Athlone Town,
'Baile Atha Luain'. The huge slab, orientated NNW - SSE, measures 2.3m in length,
1.4m in height, 0.30m in depth and the west side of the stone is covered in cup-marks
but these may be natural.
