| This Portal Tomb, marked on the OS map as 'Laghtacarn', is situated on a gentle sloping ridge in rolling farmland. The chamber, which has a displaced capstone measuring 2.2m in length, 1.8m in width and 0.45m in depth, is orientated east and leans against the western end of the side-stones. To the east, is a portal stone, 2.25m in height and leaning against it is a side-stone, 1.7m in height. A displaced slab, 1.9m in max; dimension, rests against the outer faces of the two orthostats. |
