|This once mighty wedge tomb is located on the southern slopes of a small hill
overlooking the Tipperary countryside. What is left now, is the inner and outer walling
of the tomb which would have enclosed a very narrow and long chamber. Close by, at
the base of the tree, are some boulders that maybe the roof slabs and other orthostats.
It is aligned in the normal south-west to north-east position for wedge tombs and it
would have dominated the sky-line for many miles around.
